


Emily is a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef, with 5 years’ experience working within 5-star hotels and restaurants in the capital alongside renowned chefs, most recently as the Executive Pastry Chef of a London gastropub.
The dream from a very young age was to open a patisserie of her own, and now her dream has come true.
